Deus \u00e9 um ser distinto, ou seria, segundo a opini\u00e3o de alguns, o resultante de todas as for\u00e7as e de todas as intelig\u00eancias do Universo, reunidas?<\/p>\n<p>  \u201c Se assim fosse, Deus n\u00e3o existiria, porque seria efeito e n\u00e3o causa, ele n\u00e3o pode ser, ao mesmo tempo, uma coisa e outra?<\/p>\n<p>  \u201c Deus existe, n\u00e3o o podeis duvidar, e isso \u00e9 o essencial. Acreditai no que vos digo e n\u00e3o queirais ir al\u00e9m. N\u00e3o vos percais num labirinto, de onde n\u00e3o poder\u00edeis sair. Isso n\u00e3o vos tornaria melhores, mas talvez um pouco mais orgulhosos, porque acreditar\u00edeis saber, quando na realidade nada saber\u00edeis. Deixai, pois, de lado, todos esses sistemas, tendes que vos desembara\u00e7ar de muitas coisas que vos tocam mais diretamente.
